This window, framed in Botticino marble, is in a perfect setting, surrounded as it is with the great splay arch in cosmatesque design that covers the back of the sanctuary, which is said to be the only example of this kind of marble work in the United States. Carved medallions of church symbols in white marble and Maltese crosses of Botticino marble are centered in the arch, surrounded by geometric designs in Rossa Amiata, Baccatello, and Verde Isorio.
